Last updated: 7/11/2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OnCallGrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
OnCallGrid provides automated after-hours dispatch operations, incident management, SLA tracking, and SMS notification services for industrial facilities operations teams, field service organizations, and maintenance-driven enterprises across healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial real estate.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated operational notifications, critical SLA alerts, and dispatch updates from OnCallGrid. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4.1 Opt-In Methods
OnCallGrid supports two compliant opt-in mechanisms for internal facility maintenance technicians and dispatch engineering staff:
(a) Web Form Opt-In.
Technicians register their phone number through a secure profile configuration screen inside the OnCallGrid web application portal. The user must actively check an unchecked-by-default consent box agreeing to receive automated operational notifications, critical SLA alerts, and dispatch updates at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
(b) Inbound SMS Keyword Opt-In.
Internal engineers may alternatively opt in by sending an inbound keyword from their mobile device to the OnCallGrid system number (678) 252-5355. The conversational keyword flow operates exactly as follows:
- Technician texts the keyword START to (678) 252-5355.
- OnCallGrid automatically responds: "OnCallGrid: Welcome to the automated dispatch network. You will receive real-time operational notifications and critical SLA alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms: https://oncallgrid.com/terms Privacy: https://oncallgrid.com/privacy. Reply Y to confirm."
- Technician texts back Y.
- OnCallGrid confirms: "OnCallGrid: System authentication confirmed. You are all set to receive local facility network dispatches."
In both cases, users may text STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Phone numbers and consent records are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
OnCallGrid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
5.1 GRID™ Proprietary Technology
The OnCallGrid platform is powered by GRID™, a proprietary dispatch intelligence, routing, and SLA-scoring engine developed and owned exclusively by OnCallGrid. All algorithms, scoring models, routing heuristics, asset-intelligence pipelines, and underlying data structures associated with GRID™ are confidential trade secrets. No license, express or implied, is granted to access, inspect, decompile, reverse engineer, derive, or replicate any portion of the GRID™ engine or its outputs beyond the normal operational use of the OnCallGrid service.
5.2 Data Ownership & Non-Replication
Customer retains ownership of its own operational data submitted to the platform (incidents, technician rosters, facility records). OnCallGrid retains exclusive ownership of all derived data, including but not limited to GRID™ scores, routing decisions, model weights, aggregated benchmarks, and any anonymized or statistical outputs produced by the platform. Customer agrees not to extract, scrape, mirror, replicate, or use platform outputs to train, build, or improve any competing dispatch, scoring, routing, or field-service intelligence system.
5.3 Trademark Notice
"OnCallGrid", the OnCallGrid logo, and "GRID™" are trademarks of OnCallGrid. All other product names, logos, and brands referenced on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Use of any OnCallGrid trademark without prior written consent is prohibited.
5.4 Export & Reproduction Prohibition
Customer shall not export, transfer, sublicense, publish, or reproduce the OnCallGrid software, the GRID™ engine, related documentation, source data, or derived outputs to any third party, jurisdiction, or system without prior written authorization from OnCallGrid. Customer is responsible for complying with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs. Any reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized export constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of service and pursuit of all legal remedies available.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
